Before you book the boots
For spring and fall Saturdays, three to six months out. Party wagons and private chefs go first, so lock those at least six to eight weeks ahead even if the rest is still loose.
April through June and September through early November, plus any weekend with a big concert or CMA Fest in June. Book those earlier and expect higher hotel rates.
Most wagons and pedal taverns are BYOB, with rules on containers and how much you can bring. Every operator is different, so check theirs when you book.
